お月見（おつきみ）

日本には「お月見」おつきみという行事ぎょうじがありますある

In Japan, there is an event called "Tsukimi."

秋あきにきれいな月を見てみる楽しみますたのしむ

In autumn, people enjoy looking at the beautiful moon.

とくに十五夜じゅうごや（じゅうごや）の月が有名ゆうめいです

Especially, the full moon of the fifteenth night is famous.

まるくて明るいあかるい月を見るみることができますできる

You can see a round and bright moon.

お月見おつきみの日にはだんごを食べますたべる

On the day of Tsukimi, people eat dango.

これを「月見だんご」つきみだんごと言いますいう

This is called "Tsukimi dango."

白くてしろい丸いまるいだんごは月の形かたちをあらわしていますあらわす

The white and round dango represent the shape of the moon.

すすきもかざりますかざる

People also decorate with pampas grass.

秋あきのしゅうかくに感謝かんしゃする気持ちきもちがありますある

There is a feeling of gratitude for the autumn harvest.

家族かぞくで月を見ながらみながらしずかな時間じかんをすごしますすごす
